Med Systems series 2100 mask uses a .001 thick film to cover a soft foam cushion that seals the contours of the patient's face. This combination provides fit and comfort superior to air filled masks. Seals of +40 cm are easily achieved without extra physician hand pressure. The tall mask shell design avoids cutting the patient's nose as is common with air filled masks.
Use for CPAP, IPPB, CODES, PEDS, ICU, CCU, ER, EMS. Provides a tight seal in long term use without necrosis.
